I have worked in the restaurant industry since 1997. I have experience from a broad spectrum, from fastfood to high class event catering and everything between. As a professional I feel as comfortable in a bar environment, as I feel while working with food items. I have worked in brewery restaurants and top notch à la carte. The majority of my career has consisted of manager positions.
I stepped aside from the daily restaurant work in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, becoming a “emeritus” from the Restaurant Manager position at the renowed Svenska Klubben Restaurant in Helsinki.
I am a professional member of the World’s oldest gastronomical organization, Confrérie Internationale de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs since 2017. In 2018 I was also invited to join as a member in the Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs.
I started my first business in 2002 and my first restaurant company in 2015. In the summer of 2024 I combined all my entrepreneurships under one corporation, Finska Skärgårdskompaniet Oy Ab.
